I can confirm that I had a great experience working with Jill, and I highly recommend her. You can tell she really loves what she does. Since I was abroad, she handled all the building works including appointing contractors, reviewing quotes, and letting the workmen on site. She has a network of people she regularly works with and this proved invaluable. She then staged the house and even offered to take unwanted items to charities for donations. Nothing was too much trouble. When we received an offer, she assessed the risks and made a recommendation.
