77 Sand Pond Rd, Hardyston Twp., NJ 07419-9658

Ranch in need of total rehab on 1.02 acre wooded lot, located at the end of an idyllic winding drive .08 mile up a dead end road in a residential rural-suburban area. The property borders Vernon Twp state land at the turnaround, where a single lane continues up to private Lake Wildwood and the Hamburg Mountains. The driveway directly in front of the house provides access to the lower level through the built-in one car garage, while the other two driveways enter from both ends of the property with stone walls, and pass behind the house for ground level access to the rear entry and sliding door. The hillside terrain amplifies the sound of the Hamburg Creek, the outlet of Lake Wildwood, which flows down along and under Sand Pond Rd alternately, where some homes are accessed by private driveway bridges. Located only 5-10 miles from Mountain Creek North and South Lodge for winter activities including skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing and mountain biking at Mountain Creek Bike Park and Waterpark, Crystal Springs and Vernon Center for shopping, fine dining and six golf courses. Septic is located on left side. Estate Sale, As Is. Cash.
